OUR SIGNATURE SERVICE
Our convenient Signature Service is right for you if there's an existing Palm Sunday ring style that you'd like made unique to you with your choice of stone and size. We'll discuss stone options (you can provide your own or we can source them for you) and any other minor tweaks you'd like made to the ring. OUR SUNDAY SERVICE
Have an heirloom that needs a new life or an idea in your head you'd like to bring into fruition? Then our fully bespoke Sunday Service is right for you. With this custom pathway you'll work one-on-one with Lauren from design concept through to fabrication to ensure your particular vision is brought to life. We'll start with a 20 minute zoom meeting, and then Lauren will hand select stones, sketch options, and make 3D models if needed before fabricating the final one-of-a-kind ring.
YOUR CUSTOM QUESTIONS ANSWERED
The length of time a custom order requires is dependant on the degree of detail in the design, whether or not we're sourcing a stone for you, and on the fabrication method required (hand-built or cast from a wax carving). Once we've gone over all of the specifics of your design, you will then receive an estimated lead time.
For our Signature Service, a 50% deposit is required once the design has been finalized. The 50% balance is due upon the completion of the project before shipment.
For Sunday Service, after the free zoom session, a $250 design fee is due. Once the design has been finalized and a quote has been accepted, a 50% deposit is due, and the balance is due upon the completion of the ring. All payments can be made with credit or debit card via an emailed Square Invoice.
At this time we are only accpeting one custom project request at a time per client.
We are currently only offering 14k or 18k yellow gold.
Yes! The environment loves when you upcycle your gold or stones and we love it, too! We cannot work with all materials, however, so we'll always carefully inspect your metal and stones before accepting the project. We will notify you once your project is next on the waitlist, at which time you can FedEx your materials to our studio.
We realize that it may be difficult to communicate the exact style or element you're envisioning in your head, and we welcome visual references to say with images what you can't formulate easily into words. That being said, we will not accept any order requesting that we copy another jeweler's work. We are not in the business of intellectual property theft.
